The Centre for Leadership and Talent Development was founded on the 8th of February 2018 under the realisation of a gap in society for human resource talent and leadership development by it’s current President, Mr. Janaprith Fernando, Attorney-at-Law.
He together with ITD World brought to Sri Lanka, the globe’s leading standards of human development and has conducted multiple programmes including Asia’s largest Human Resource Development Conference and Sri Lanka’s largest MICE event in 2018.
